I finally contacted Netflix (via chat on the website) and I had my suspicions confirmed: Netflix themselves are still showing 29 downloads on my phone even though I actually have none. Please remove downloads from another device, or go to /changeplan for plan options. Have been attempting to watch the entire series of Parks and Recreation. even when I have ZERO videos currently downloaded. Please delete a video and try again," on my Android device in the U.S. In particular, I have been getting BRL.2205 "You have too many downloaded videos. I've been encountering the same problem many people face when attempting to download more shows to their device. Sorry if this has already been posted, or if I'm formatting my post wrong. TLDR: if Neftlix says you have too many downloads, but you actually don't, try contacting them to have your account reset (whatever that means).
